Romeo and Juliet

The Department of Music and Theater at St. Catherine University is delighted to announce this fall’s production of William Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet. Craig Johnson, Ivey award-winning director, will lead the production. The story of young romance in the midst of feuding families has kept audiences on the edge of their seats for over 400 years. “This streamlined production will uncover the passion, wit and excitement in Shakespeare’s tragedy of love” said director Johnson. Performances are Wednesday, November 2nd through Saturday November 5th at 7pm, and Sunday, November 6th at 2pm in the Frey Theater on the campus of St. Catherine University. . Admission prices are $10 general admission, free for St. Kate’s alumnae, and ACTC students, staff and faculty with ID. Call 651.690.6700 to reserve tickets for this must see production.
